This is a vintage and rather unusual Taylors Witness 3000 razor I just finished restoring, I kept everything original including the scales with bone spacers and three pin set up, She's a French point 13/16. And She's due for her first shave tomorrow.

Jamie.

The tang is so long and the pin so distant from the blade. Does this give a different feel or balance to the blade. Let us know about the shave, also.

It certainly feels different, now a friend of mine suggested that the razor may be for a Man with larger hands? it makes sense but who knows, i'm open to suggestion.

Beautiful. I used a Taylor's Eyewitness 6/8 razor this morning and they are great shavers.

Nice! I've seen some "1000" razors, but I never knew a "3000" existed.
