Which type of Aftershave do you prefer Splash/Lotion or Balm ?
and why ...
Thank you very much...

I prefer a splash which has alcohol.  I live in hot, humid, tropical weather and have oily skin.  I don't need a balm.

Both!  Smile  Splash for daily use (Fine, Stirling, Shaving Shop are some of my favorites), lotion/balm if my skin gets too dry.

I use both.  I found I need balm here in the northeast because my skin gets dry in winter but summers are humid and I can get away with just a aftershave splash in the summer

I live in a dry climate. Very dry. I use both - splash first, then balm following every shave.

Alcohol-based splashes.  Their bracing characteristic has always worked best for me.

Both.

When very hot (for me that is 70 and over) I use only a Splash.

Otherwise I use a mix of both.

First splash, then balm.

If in a hurry, I use only the balm.

Cold weather it's balms, warmer weather it's aftershaves.
