So, I was told/reminded, recently, that if I wear no sunscreen, the entire rest, of the routine, is for nought. So, I need some that will stay put, and, not sweat off, and, run into my eyes.
In the meantime, I am only going to use it on my arms, and, ears, and, face.
How do the gentlemen (and, ladies[???]), on this forum, protect themselves, from the sun?

Since I have fair skin and blonde hair I like to cover-up in the sun especially when I'm gardening. I'll wear long trousers, a long sleeve shirt and a bucket hat. Any exposed skin gets slathered with an SPF 60 sunscreen and I wear (prescription) sunglasses. You'd never know that I grew within the Tropic of Capricorn, but I learned to respect the sun there. Also, and much to SWMBO's chagrin, I won't sunbathe.

I hate to say it, but the way things seem to be going covering up and avoidance are likely the safest bet. It's been years since I used it but Bain de Soleil used to make a fairly high SPF sunblock that actually met it's advertised rating. Many products say 30 or higher but when tested they fall short of that rating.
And....Mike the Kraken, where did you get that spy photo of me wearing the Tilley?

I spend a lot of time in the sun and in the water. If you're serious about protecting your face, use one of these three:
Headhunter (Mineral & Chemical)
Vertra (Mineral -- Zinc & Titanium Oxide)
Avesol (Mineral -- Zinc & Titanium Oxide)
All of these are opaque and will color your face, but they won't sweat off.
For my body, I use headhunter or any chemical sunblock with a high rating. But even better than that is Lycra.

I have heard of Headhunter. I would love to have it, again, I tried it, once, a long time ago.
