I know of an artisan brush that will fit your specifications.  I recently sold this Bob Quinn/Elite Razor custom brush with one of Bob's 28mm Manchurian White knots.  This knot is so dense and packed that it measures 32mm at the top of the handle.  This is a Chubby 3 size brush.  The knot has the softness of a Thater, but with more backbone and scrub.  The Manchurian White knots have received a lot of positive reviews on our forum, and Bob can set one in whatever custom handle you want.

PM me if interested it is a Faux Ivory Beehive, hand-crafted from col. 849/TM, a unique faux ivory that closely mimics the grain and texture of real elephant ivory but without harming an increasingly endangered species. The Faux Ivory Beehive is filled with a hand-tied 2-band Silvertip Badger hair, widely noted for its good backbone and extremely soft tips. 30mm knot, densely packed. Soft tips, great back bone.

You guys didn't know you were selling me a brush too! Ordered an Elite White Manchurian with an Onyx stone handle. A STONE handle? Really?! This is going to be my coolest brush...

Bob's stone handles are a beautiful and unique addition to any shave den.  The Gold Laced Onyx on the left has a 24mm Manchurian White knot.

Same brush style and knot I went with! I sold my old M6 LE so the handle should fill that void fairly well. I also like 24mm as a nice sweet spot for face feel vs fitting in some shave bowls. For example, a large knot doesn't get along well with my C&S No. 88 jar. I am definitely looking forward to trying this brush out!

Bob's knots are very very good.
His two bands and Manchurian knots both. I can't speak to the three bands, but I don't imagine they're any less top quality.

You'll love it I bet!

I have one Shavemac. It's a 2 band unique Silvertip from a group buy.

Compared to the Elite Manchurian it's softer, a little bit more well formed and symmetrical, but not as present feeling to use. In my opinion.

Morris & Forndran 3XL is just a tiny bit smaller than my Chubby 3s, but I'm sure there is variation from brush to brush, and batch to batch.
Also, Declaration Franklin is close, but a little bigger, once again there is some variation.

Up to you if you'd like to wait for me to get my Elite to compare but Shavemac 2 Band Silvertip is excellent. I sold mine because I felt the tips on a Thater were softer but the Shavemac had more backbone. If the Elite has Thater softness with Shavemac backbone it'll be perfect. I'll let you know what I think whenever the brush arrives.

Charlie sent you to the right place.  If you don't see a handle you like, email Bob.  He can make virtually any handle you like, and his Manchurian White knots are outstanding.

Just had my first shave with the 24mm Manchurian White. I would say it's a bit less dense than a Chubby but still has great backbone and the tips are quite soft, softer than my Chubby 2 Manchurian without a doubt. I may need to reach out to Elite again in the future to see about a custom order with an extra dense knot and maybe a different handle shape. Really an excellent product!
