I honestly don't listen to my music that often with streaming being so convenient, but I would like a way to play my (no DRM) MP3s. I used to use iTunes but I don't have an iPhone and it has gotten so bloated I don't like it anymore.

Any recommendations? Amazon Music requires you to upload your music to their cloud even for the PC app, and I don't like that.

A few years ago I started putting my CDs on my hard drive. I stopped after a few hundred as it was quite tedious. From there I was able to cherry pick and make sets or put whole albums onto various MP3 players, even thumb drives which I brought to my office and downloaded to my machine there. Some time later my home computer crashed and I've been lazy about doing it all over again. But I could.
