My jones is kitchen knives. Not new ones but vintage. I like the tinkering of rehandling, re sharpening and polishing. SHarp things are great

Tom, it looks to be in decent shape for a restoration.  We'll look forward to seeing pictures of the process and the final result.

Yes...it's in great shape.  Hoping to bring it as close to factory new...lots of cleaning and some replacement parts.

I hope you get it Bryan! It's the pan that is almost 100% on my range. It's my everyday pan.
