Well, I was finally able to try out my new brush, and I must say I am very impressed!

The backbone was terrific, and the tips were very soft. I get the feeling that they will soften some more with use, but already they are very soft. Not a hint of scritch.

The splay was just about perfect, and the knot released its lather without any trouble.

I would rate this knot on a par with the best of my Shavemac 2 Band Silvertips and my Simpson Manchurians. Quite nice!

The handle felt very nice in my hand, it's got some nice heft to it.

All in all I am quite pleased, I can see this brush in high rotation in my collection.
