I missed the exact day sadly, which I had original hoped to post this on but between the chaos of a recent family wedding and not believing I've been here a year yet it slipped by. When I joined this forum I had one razor I had been using for years, blades & and a few pucks of Colnel Conk from the local pharmacy, and a random boar hair brush my grandma found me somewhere. I had been wet shaving with this setup for a few years and while I enjoyed it more than regular shaving I was not in love with shaving like I am now. It was only when my brush started to age from constant use, the few pucks of Col Conk I had disappeared, I for the first time started looking around on the internet because I had a feeling there was something else out there, and low and behold I found this forum and the rest is history.

This is my den after one year, and does not include my frags, a few razors I have just for collecting purposes, and a few items I have coming in the mail any day now. Now that I know what I like and use I have been toying with the idea of trying to consolidate the den a little (have any thoughts or suggestions for me?), enough of me rambling:

(The razors are staggered head to foot to help save some room, so there are some razors you can't really see because of the diplomat blocking them)

I just want to thank the forum and the wonderful members here for making me feel right at home, and expanding my knowledge about wet shaving, fragrances, and grooming in general. I look forward to being around here and contributing for many more years to come.
Cheers Gentlemen  Cheers

Nice stuff!  I've found that the den "evolves" more than consolidates as I've learned what I like...and that evolution is half the fun!

So undiplomatic ...  Facepalm

You should try SE, injector and a str8 at some point in your journey. I know str8s are intimidating, but with enough wetshaving background you should be fine.
