Loaded for 30 seconds with some CRSW classic soap then building the lather for 1 minute with my stainless travel bowl. Shaved with the OneBlade Core V2. I am at our other property that has electricity. Our home has not had power since the remnants of Hurricane Irma hit Atlanta Monday. I brought this brush along because I really wanted to use it. Great choice!!

The loading pics are the last two and lather pics are the top 3. Sorry, could not post my pics in order for some reason.

Soooooo, we have power again at the house as of yesterday around 3pm. Shaved today with the Markus Herber brush and decided to use the Elite Razors High Mountain White 26mm knot mounted on the gold ring. This is the first knot I have bought from Bob Quinn that is not a Manchurian 2 band. I forgot to take pictures but this knot was superb and I used some Stirling Port a Prince soap. Loaded for 30 seconds and built my lather. I only needed about 30 seconds for a thick lather but I kept going for a minute and the amount of lather was ridiculous. Of course this is a great soap but the brush and knot performed incredibly well to the point that I kind of wish I had mounted that knot in the blue cap because I love the look of the blue cap on that dark bronze handle. Anyway, once again, Bob's knots are absolutely superior to any knots that I have bought by themselves.

Finished brush from PantaRei coming next week. Just waiting on the Druida brush now and the Romero brush shipped but hasn’t moved in a week in tracking so we will see.

So I’m still waiting for my Druida and still dealing with issues from Gustavo at Romero. Gustavo is definitely a scam artist and I have absolutely had enough with him. Anyway, to curb my appetite for new brushes, I went ahead and bought this Zenith Manchurian off of EBay. Beautiful design and had to add it to the collection.

Nice looking handle.  Should satisfy brush needs for a while

Please post pictures of your Druida brush and PayPal claim for the Romera brush.

I still have not received the Druida brush and I’m having issues getting a claim with Paypal because of the time frame and because he had me pay him directly through Paypal because the brush I chose was not on his website!! Still pretty pissed about that one!! I did post a video of the Druida brush that is on it’s way earlier in this thread

After placing my order last May and going back and forth with various threats of legal action and being told that the brush had shipped and the package supposedly getting lost, I finally received my brush from Gustavo at Romera. I had a ton of trouble trying to get a refund because I paid Gustavo directly through Paypal for a custom shape that was not on the website. I had seen pics of this brush on his Instagram account and loved it. It is beautiful in person but I would never do business with him again. Here are some pics before I wash the knot and let it bloom. Very nice brush. IME you have to wash it a few times to defunk and wash off all the bad karma. After that it should be pure joy.

Here are some pics after it bloomed. My initial take on it is that the hair feels very similar to my Thater fan shaped Funf.

My take on the Romera brush is not that good. The handle is nice but after all the trouble I dealt with trying to get the actual brush, the knot is extremely average for a supposed Manchurian. All the other Manchurian brushes I have put this one to SHAME! The hair is not that soft even after washing it out and using it 3 times. I am tempted to send it to Bob at Elite and have him remove the knot and put one of his in. First I have to get a couple of the new Thater Boar brushes though. Oh well, my Druida should be here this week so I can only hope. The first shipment really did get lost and sent back to Javier but I can honestly say that Javier at Druida has been much easier to deal with than Gustavo at Romera. So far, I have had bad luck with my Spaniard vendors but hopefully the Druida brush will make up for this Romera brush.

After a long process of the first package getting lost and then Correos almost losing the second package, it finally showed up today. This one is a beauty but I am having very bad luck with anything ordered from Spain and sent via Correos. Wish I could trust their shipping service because this El Druida is beautiful!! Can’t wait to wash it out and then use it.[Image: a261d4b1d634b69c5b32eba902e4df7f.jpg][Image: d196db998a5420dc75c4e49b69522ace.jpg][Image: 6116c3100f6eaa879f29dbda8b5aec4f.jpg][Image: 62bbfcc16fb4e37c0cc204079ebf7db9.jpg]

Here are pics of the El Druida after washing it out. Very nice bloom and this Manchurian 2 band knot feels very similar to my Elite knots.[Image: 5c4ea60da283702e967d01a161d61244.jpg][Image: 97aed462da0d86931786b850384195e3.jpg]
