The Rockwell 6S is out of stock with retailers, and is no longer listed as available on the company's website.  What is listed and available are the 6C and 2C.  Has Rockwell discontinued the 6S?

Last I read was that the "molds" had worn out and they were being redone....a new batch was made and quickly sold out.....possibly they are putting all attention and energy on the Model T with which they are way behind schedule.

I know for sure that it will not be back in stock at least until the end of the year.

The problem is that they are not following a strict timeframe, we all know that. Model T must be their priority at this moment and want to sell more of these during the next months. Their zamak models proved to be popular too. Profit margins must be totally different as well. There are many factors a business owner could think of. Who knows...

You really don't want to deal with these on the secondary market... This razor has an unparalleled cushiony feeling. Those who have tried it know what I mean.

I know they were supposed to be back in stock on September the 5th, what happened I don't know, I wonder if their shorting supply to raise interest in their product? or I wonder if their having second thoughts on the stainless steel option.

From what i've heard the 6C is quite a shaver and people like the quality chrome finish and the $50 price. They also say it shaves every bit as good as the 6S with some saying its even smoother. They may have a harder time selling the 6S ones with people opting to save money and buy the 6C or even the $30 2C model that just comes with the 1/3 baseplate
