Noobie here.

I shaved with a SE razor in high school and a DE razor in college. Somewhere along the way, the razors morphed into multi blade cartridge razors. In the last 10 to 15 years it's been electric shavers.

For some reason, wet shaving sounded like the right thing to do as,I approach my late 60s.

So we're off to the razors!

Welcome to the Shave Nook, BootDragger.

It looks as if you did a lot of shaving during your life.

China Lake is still booming with projects, although much of the services and housing on base has been removed.

Were you USN or DOD?

Welcome to TSN and become back to real shaving.  I was electric for a while after college.  Poor shaves and cartridge for many years.

As you start to enjoy DE shaving, you may want to consider increasing your 401k/IRA withdrawals.
