Come home with 12 straights from today's sale but these four were the stars of the show. In as found condition, no rust-all patina and they all seemed to have been well loved.

Fantastic find! Those are going to be beautiful, and the shave is just about as good as it can get.
I had to look it up. Pumas are solitary. They do not live in groups, packs, prides, or clowders. https://www.livescience.com/27267-pumas.html

Thank you Richard for the kind words. They will, with a little polish, come right back to life. They were well loved and I will do the same. They will be living with four other Pumas, one my High Class is in my top ten.

Pat, a interesting read. I will try to keep separated in my den. Don't want any turf wars.

Friends actually call me Puma, and have for about thirty years now. Maybe I should learn how to use a straight.

I had a small mail call today.  I received Jeff's Soap from Cold River Soap Works.  I thought it was for a good cause and I could not believe they still had some stock.  They are still showing some inventory because the web site is not out of stock.  I recommend helping out and ordering one if you have the means.

I got some menthol crystals today.  I'm going to carefully dilute a little and pipette it into shaving soap lather.

And I got some Domenico Caraceni 1913, which I also am going to use as a couple sprays into shaving lather from some of my older soaps that have lost their fragrances over the years.

Received a bottle of Thayers Lemon Witch Hazel and a Nibbling tool from Amazon.  I will fool around with the nibbler to see if I can modify a GEM blade to work in the OneBlade v2.0 just for the fun of it.

My last score for September: I tried to grab some SV 70th soap from a fine B&B member but I was too late. He offered me a great deal on some SV Tundra soap and AS that he hadn't even listed for sale. The soap may have been used once. it is basically brand new, and I can still see the imprint. The AS looks pretty full, too. I had never used Tundra or any SV aftershave so I took him up on the offer. Thanks Pal.
