Yes, I am Arko Addicted! You non-believers & naysayers should leave now, because you just won't understand!

Even at 7200' elevation it got to the mid 90's yesterday. I did some work on my pickup that involved crawling around on the ground, so I got quite dirty & sweaty! As I was getting ready for a shower, there was Arko Man watching my every move. Now, having shaved on Friday, and still healing from a few nicks I inflicted on myself (still learning the Slant), I'm not due to shave again until Tuesday or Wednesday. But what would a little lather hurt?

So I splashed some warm water on my face & lathered up, rinsed & lathered again - no razor or blade! Ahhh refreshing!

Got done with my shower & feeling fresh I saw Arko Man again, this time with a "Go for it" look on his face. Without thinking, I lathered up again (this time prepping for a cold water shave), then grabbed my Tech with an Astra (not my favorite blade by a long shot). I did a cold water shave to finish my cool down process. The slickness of Arko & the mild shave from the Tech made for a terrific SAFE shave!

I mixed up a whiskey & coke, went out on the deck & grilled up some burgers & corn! What a great day. Thanks Arko Man!

I've always referred to him as the Arko lad. Try it. Rolls off the tongue!

I am a hopeless Arko junkie, with absolutely no chance of rehabilitation!

I think Arko has the same appeal to shavers as Ivory soap has to bathers. For me it's a great change of pace from perfumed scents.

My wife loves Arko and uses it as a bath soap. Ivory soap on steroids. We've been out of stock for a while, but more is on the way.

Here is one more who love Arko ands its clean smell. But also its "younger brother" gzd berber stick. They are similar but gzd lathers even more. Not same maker but you can clearly see where the gzd producers looked for inspiration. :-D

I ordered Arko soap but got the cream in a tube. I like it and my wife loves the smell of it.
Very easy to lather and has good lubrication. Are the soap sticks similar?

I've never seen Arko in a tube, where did you get it? Once in a blue moon I will face lather with a stick, and it's always Arko.

The cream and soap are both good in my opinion.

Johnny, if you're ok with ordering from Turkey, Bestshave has lots of Arko creams. Amazon carries some too, but they cost more than twice as much... Shave A Buck has a small selection too, at much better prices (at least right now).
