Up for sale today is the RazoRock SS DLC Hawk razor. As per the IB website, this was a limited edition, 316L Stainless Steel with Glass Blast and DLC coating version of their popular Hawk single edge razor. As Joe states: These SS Hawks are finished to a user grade therefore they will have milling marks present on the bottom. They are glass blasted and DLC coated, this type of finish will highlight small marks and blemishes a lot more so if you decide to buy, please do not expect perfection.
Having said all that, I thought the finish on mine was quite nice and the shave was fantastic. I just happen to prefer lighter razors and therefore will be keeping my aluminum V2 Hawk and selling this hard to find beauty.
I paid $60 retail, I am offering it today for the same price and I will cover the shipping costs.
