Does anyone know if Delta Echo Razor Works is closed or away for vacation? There's no news on their updates/blog section of the site.

I've emailed them twice over the past couple weeks (once via their website contact form and once via the email address posted here) about how much to add to my cart in custom charges if I want a Mergress replated with two colors. Haven't heard anything.

Not sure if the owner is anti-Mergress, anti-something else, or if they've suddenly closed shop without any notice?

That is highly unusual. Jay has always been responsive and offered excellent customer service in my dealings with him.
