This is another Eastwood movie very few remember. Made in 1971 Eastwood plays a radio disc jockey and Jessica Walters plays an obsessive listener who keeps calling Eastwood at the radio station. Watch what happens at the end.

HA!!! I remember the movie. My buddy made me go see that on Halloween night my Freshman year of college in 1978 along with the Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Scarred for months. TCSM is just a silly but gory movie, while PMFM is genuinely scary. I had no stomach for that kind of flick, still don't, and haven't seen either of them since.

Then you don't want to see Psycho because for years I didn't want to stay at a motelBiggrin

My wife and I saw PMFM when she was pregnant with our first child. It was, indeed, a scary flick. I thought she was going to have the baby right there in the theater. Now that was a scary thought.

And i never have seen Psycho. The only reason I saw Alien was because my girlfriend in college loved scary movies and promised to make it worth my while.

I never saw Play Misty for Me but did see Psycho and the latter remains a classic in movie making.
