From the "Pike Norton Co.", guessing 1932.  

Picked this up today, even though I don't use straights. I don't know if it is a good quality stone or not.

The holes drilled into the stone apparently enable the razor to be honed without creating a 'wire'. The stone measures 5" x 2", and it is in perfect condition. 

Anyone ever seen or used one of these? Any feedback or comments would be welcome.

Hmmmm. Swarf catching holes...Interesting concept. Where have I seen that before???
