I'm thinking about pulling the trigger and buying one of these from a fellow member.. can anyone give me there opinion on how this thing shaves.. I'm not finding the info I'm looking for.  I know they are his mildest razor but I'm not looking for to mild. Thanks for the help !

I have used all three levels

level 1- very efficient 3 out of 10

level 2  will compare to any razor for a great close shave with little effort 7 out of 10

level 3  we are in Muhle R41 territory but much smoother and shaves very close in one pass  10 out of 10

It will be very mild and smooth. I had a level 2 and was in love until I got a level 3 from a member here and I think the level 3 is the best. It is aggressive but smooth just as Slant man said above

I haven't used the Level 1 or Level 2, but the Level 3 open comb in antique brass is my favorite razor, out of 40 or so.

I had the stainless steel level 1.  Great razor and nice place to start.  Reminded me of the Guerrilla.  I currently have a level 1 copper OC and level 2 brass DB.  I tend to like efficient & milder.  The antique finish/patina is nice color - need to wax to retain the same finish.  His handles come in 3", 3.5" and 4".

Until Charcoal Goods makes a titanium razor and Wolfman makes a blue or red aluminum razor, I have no desire for other razors now.
