So how do you like the BBS-1?
I haven't tried it yet. I'll use it Sunday.

I received my new razor from the local Detroit Grooming Co. today. It was designed in the States and produced in Ferndale, MI. It's Detroit Grooming Co's "Alpha" adjustable stainless steel razor with a smooth handle. The razor bends and arcs the blade (not in a slant way) and the gap adjusts based on how much you tighten the handle. I can't wait to try it out tomorrow morning. It is fairly heavy and is claimed to weigh 220g. They packaged it nice and included some great freebies:
10 Feather New Hi-Stainless DE Blades
Razor Travel Case
Detroit Grooming Co. Mocha Shave Soap (Coffee Vanilla Scent)

Looks good! Am just trying to figure out your comment about the blade gap being adjustable by how much you tighten the handle .. how does this work exactly?

New shaving brush from Yaqi and i must say i am very impressed, i paid $27 including shipping from China. This model is their 24MM Yaqi Mysterious Space Color Handle Two Band Badger Hair Knot with a 55mm loft .. handle is 65mm
I have several well known namebrand brushes that i paid 3x-5x for and this performs every bit as good

Darn, I missed the sale. After all I've purchased from them, I wish they had sent a notice. I love the brush, but not a third armpit. Congratulations.
