This try me special sealed blade from Personna was included as a special after winning a Sticky on eBay. I loaded it in my Cadet TP01 OC for my morning shave tomorrow. I have no idea when Personna made these blades and when they stopped production. Its a twin blade double edge.

Mid 1970s. Schick made the Schick 2002 at the same time. I have used the Schick version and it is in here.

Test #24 Schick 2002

These had a short production span.

Interesting, Personna not only figured out how to make a double-double edge blade, but they also figured out how to make it invisible.

Thanks for sharing Jerry Biggrin

It was produced along time ago Mike. It gives a good shave but not any better then modern double edge blades.

Nah, I know. But damned if it doesn't remind me of the TV parody on "Saturday Night Live" that talked about a preposterous three-bladed shaver. The tag line, IIRC, was "Because you'll believe anything!" 24

I was not a SNL viewer so I never saw it. I received the DE twin included when I won the Sticky. It was kind of a bonus along with other blades and another TTO.
