received this beauty today from Timeless, took it for a quick test drive and was amazed how well it shaved considering it's 0.38mm blade gap.

Quick Update.

For the next round...

I've used the Timeless three times with a Polsilver SI blade. It's smooth, but not as close as the Weber. And for the first time in a long time, I got a couple weepers.

Tomorrow I'll load a fresh blade (not sure which) into the Weber.

Weber ARC for me is the best razor I have ever used. That’s why I have two of them. Wink

Well, here's the final post to this.

There was no winner. The Timeless is smooth, well-crafted. It would do well for any wetshaver.
In my den, however, personal preference is king. And after using both for what I thought was a reasonable trial, I chose to stick with the weber and let the Timeless go to someone else.

And I've done that. It's going to a new home where I expect it will do very well for its new owner.

Perhaps, I've just used the Weber-JH combo long enough that familiarity became a major factor. Perhaps the weight. I do know that I like the slim head profile of the Weber vs the thickness of the Timeless. And I got three weepers from the Timeless. I can't even recall the last time the Weber did that, if ever.

So. No real winner. Just a user's choice based on subjectivity.

Take Care

They both give different but absolutely comfortable shaves. I wouldn’t know which one to favor..

The horror!

Today I went through my razor drawer and found another Weber head! No more sellers remorse! No horror!

it is a mystery, an enigma, perhaps a puzzle that one may find a morsel after so much time has elapsed...is RAD this debilitating?
