First Impressions GEM Click Razor and Feather Single Edge Blades. As you can see I got a Gold Tone Gem Click Razor along with some Feather Single Edge Blades. You can really see the quality of this product its very well built and best of all Made in the USA. I used this set up on Sundays, and Mondays shave. At first I was a bit concerend about the angle but you easily get a feel for it. I would say its a very easy and comfortable shave. Absolutely CERO irritation or weepers. I did my usual AXTG and AGTG passes. I highly recommend you guys try one of these out.

The Feather blade is very sharp and smooth, the Blades are very thick, heavy duty if you will. Feather is known for quality products. I will definetly keep it in rotation.

So the lack of "Spine" doesn't affect the fit? I know people use them in Autostrops, but I didn't know they would work in GEMs

This is a really nice SE,but for some reason I love the 1912 and the Micromatic more than any of the latest versions of these SE razors.

I works fine. I don't see the need for the spine.
