This is crazy.  The package arrived  in Ontario, CA on Thursday. How could it disappear?  Unless it was stolen they should find it.

It is definitely frustrating. The tracking now has been updated as an exception-information unavailable with a note added that they are trying to locate the package. Best case scenario -I'll receive them Monday. Here is hoping for the best. <sigh>

If correct, that's good news.  However, given the value of the package, they should have delivered it today even if they had to make a special trip.
