Two vintage razors for sale.  Please add $2.50 for each or both to help with shipping.

This is a Gillette " Fat Handled " Tech double edge safety razor with the rare black handle, my research indicates that these were only made from 1938 to 1945.  This is the much preferred one with the triangular holes in the base plate that seems to give a closer, more aggressive shave than the other Gillette Tech razors.  Although this is true, you can still get a smooth feeling excellent shave from this model. This one shows the normal type of cosmetic wear that you'd expect to see from a WWII era safety razor, but it is functionally as good as ever.  $15.00

Next is a vintage Ever-Ready  "lather-catcher" single edge safety razor.  As far as I can research, this rare example may be the last of the true "lather-catcher" razors by Ever Ready before they came up with the common "1912" style single edge razor made by Ever Ready, GEM and STAR.  The modern single-edge razor blades such as the GEM Personna, the carbon steel CVS and GEM Blue Star work great in these razors.  This one has been cleaned and disinfected, ready to use.  It has the cosmetic wear that you see with these 100 year old razors. $20.00
