I pull out the biggest brush I own each Christmas.  a 35mm m & f, got a new glide cream, will use at least two razors maybe the one blade followed by a l2 charcoal, and finish with the new sebum gold.

Got a new tub of GFT Sandalwood from my son so used that for the first time. Very nice. Started with my ATT S1 but after the first pass realized the blade was dull so grabbed the One Blade and finished up with a nice Christmas Day BBS.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Merry Christmas gentlemen.

Ahhhh, a wonderful shave today.  Started out with 3 hot towels.  What a treat.  I never have time for 3.

I super-lathered with Kronos and Abbate Y la Mantia Matteo shaving soap.  Used my 28 mm Paladin. I usually just use the big brushes for when I do the dome as well, but today I went all out and used it just for my face.

RX razor, with a new PINK blade yesterday.  (2nd shave is a bit better than the first with that combo I find)  Took my time, and did 3 passes—a rarity for me.  I usually do "almost" 2.  I generally just do my neck once.  But, skin is in good shape at the moment, probably because of the unrefined shea butter each night.

Now, my choice of aftershave.  I remember my dad always wearing lots of Mennen Skin Bracer on Christmas.  He used it most liberally on special occasions.  I don't have Mennen in my collection, but I do have Speick.  It's somewhat close, so I went with it, and used it liberally.  No frag.  Just the fresh scent of Speick (which I generally just use in the summer).

A light application of La Roche-Posay Toleriane moisurizer.  Unscented, and very effective.

And...needless to say, some Christmas music.  Nat King Cole.

I had hoped to take a photo of everything, but the doorbell will soon ring, and I'm out of time.

I can't zero in on one. Whatever it is, if I've kept it and use it it's among the best I've ever used.
