I recently purchased a discontinued art of shaving sandalwood puck that is made by valobra. These are the old tallow pucks. It’s brand new and I’d like to get a shaving bowl for it. Any recommendations for bowls that can fit this puck? The bottom of the puck is bowl shaped and I’d like a bowl where it can fit inside snug. ideally I’d like to purchase one on amazon since I get free shipping. Thanks!

The cade aluminum bowl from l'occitane is a good fit.  I don't think you can get it on Amazon though.  And it's not cheap!

It will fit any bowl you want.  Just use a cheese grater to grate it into the container, pressing it down with your fingers as you go.  I have done this with many pucks and it works great.  After the first few lathers they will look like they were made for each other.

Thanks guys. I just grated it into a metal soap tin that i typically use for stirling samples. I said “meh” and decided not to get all fancy with it

You will be able to load better. I have one AOS wooden bowl and they are small and really nothing to write home about.
