Is Mr. Taylor's first name Chuck? I got a 75ml tube and I used it for the first time today - seems runny out of the tube. Is this normal?

Can't comment on the tube, the tub is not runny at all. Maybe it was stored for a while and separated?

I never tried TOBS out of a tube only the tub size and didn't have a problem with it. Are you adding too much water to your brush or bowl which will cause a thin lather.

Well, I contacted the vendor. Maybe it is a problem with their stock.

It could be.

You also can put it on the fridge for a couple hours , and let it rest for a day to see if its consistency changes.

I've never tried TOBS out of the tube, although I have used other brands of cream in a tube and some of the water had separated from the other ingredients and came out during the initial squeeze.
