Sorry I'm late!  I've been shaving for over 40 years, but just started wet shaving with a DE and am loving it. Can't believe I waited so long (bet you've heard that before).

Welcome aboard! I was closing in on 40 when I learned to shave "properly" and started enjoying my shaves... it's quite an eye opener isn't it Smile ?

It really is!  A few weeks ago I heard a podcast about shaving on 'The Art of Manliness' and decided to try the brush and cream from the e-shaving kit my wife bought me a while ago.  The lather made a huge difference, even with my Harry's cartridge razor.   At that point I figured I'd go ahead and jump in, and bought an Edwin Jagger DE8.  Three shaves so far, and I'm hooked!  First and third shaves were with the e-shave cream and a brush; the second shave was with Cremo (tube).  So much to learn (so many products to try!).

Welcome aboard, Sinker.  I just joined about a month ago.  Been wet shaving about 30 years but all as a hermit so far as other shavers were concerned.  You are so right about the number of products to try.  I'm finding that the problem is more what products not to try .

Sinker, welcome to the forum. Little by little you’ll try a bunch of new products. You might even develop an Acquisition Disorder or two Wink
