I have this fantastic product for about 14 months I think. I've used it many times and I'd honestly say that it's a top notch product.

I was about to use it today and saw this. At this point I have to say that I haven't used it for about 3 months. I store all my products in ideal conditions, away from heat, humidity etc. and this is the first time I experience something like this. I really don't know what happened...

As you can see, it's about 70% full, but for some reason the lotion became... solid. I tried to shake it, but...

Has this happened to anyone else? What could the problem be?

Nothing like that has happened to mine although I have not had one in rotation that long Nick. Did you ask Larry?

Ed, I don't use balms that regularly and Emulsion gets most of the use because I pair it with many of my soaps. It just seemed strange to me. I haven't had the chance to speak to Larry yet, I wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience.

Strange. I have three of those left - none had solidified. I’ll be heartbroken if they do, as I have Limenthol x 2 & Citrus x 1 - and love both scents.

Strange, indeed... I am a bit disappointed but still have the Emulsion, another amazing product.

Nikos, I think you could reconstitute it by putting in a couple drops of water, then putting the lid on and shaking it. You will probably need to repeat this a few times.
Or if it's really stubborn, you could put the bottle in a container of almost-hot water for 5-10 minutes.
I'm pretty sure that the oils just solidified.

I had a bottle of that stuff for two years. I just finished the last of it, and never had any issues with it drying out.
