They are curing now and will be available to purchase next Friday 5/25 at 12pm EST.

Madmans Bouquet & Fragile Confusion will also be available at that time.

Just picked up my order of Barbiere Sapone and Colonia Mediterranea from the post office. The scent of Barbiere Sapone is a masterpiece (as is Olefactory Hue and Morning Ghost). I find I am buying a lot of the CRSW Glide soaps lately. Definitely my favorite soap.

Thank you Paul for the kind compliment! Always nice to hear when people appreciate what we do.

Larry, much respect to you as always for continuing to push the envelope with your fragrances and your soap bases. You never rest on your laurels, and I admire it.

I find myself reaching for these soaps quite frequently. My face seems to enjoy it. Awaiting springtime.

Let me preface by stating that this isn't a complaint, just an observation.
Being a soft cream a shaver will go through a tub of this quickly. I'm less than a dozen shaves in, and I can already see the bottom of the tub. I do realise not everyone is a heavy loader, but I love having enough tlather for three passes and a bit.

So... great soap, but wont last long. Something to keep in mind.

That seems an oddly low number of shaves to go through that much. Although hard to tell by looking at your photo it does appear you have more than half left. I load pretty heavily myself and consistently get 40 plus shaves out of a jar of GLIDE. If you like loading that heavy, then by all means have at it, but you could likely get excellent results with less soap as well.

What is less visible in the photo is the cone shape of the hole - I might have gotten about a third of the soap so far Smile

Let me offer some advice.

I’m a very heavy loader so this is what I do.

Leave the lid off for the day after using.

This dries out the top layer and makes the soap last a lot longer.

It’s what I do with great results.

And I build my lather on the puck and I still can get a month or more per tub.

Hope this helps.

I also load heavily and found that Glide does not last long.  I don't see this as a problem.  I like the Glide base and think Olfactory Hue is Larry's best scent.  I'm fine with the product lasting less than other soaps.

For Glide, I scoop out the proverbial almond-sized quantity with my index finger. I then rub it around the inner rim of my trusty scuttle. I get tons of lather every time, and a tub should last me at least 50 or 60 shaves (although I may never find out, as I have yet to empty a tub of soap).

Anyone compare the scent of Barbiere Sapone to any other scent?

It's a unique scent and very pleasing. I cannot think of anything comparable.

Juniper w/Menthol will be back in stock this coming Friday. Also making its first appearance in the new base will be Coconut & Lime, Friday.

Filling out the SELECT offerings is in process. I’m hoping that by the end of summer the ‘mainstays’ in the rotation will be finalized with stable stock levels.

If you are looking for a specific soap please shoot me an email and I can give you a much better idea when I expect it to be available.

I am now in summer mode and enjoying CRSW Glide Olfactory Hue to the max. My XPEC might be shaking in its jar. Seriously, Glide Olfactory Hue is one heck of a great soap.

Which Glide scent is the consensus best? Wanting to try this soap but put off by no samples.

I don't know about a consensus, but my vote goes to Olfactory Hue.  I consider it Larry's best scent in any of his soaps.
