The soap that fits in this category for me is the Dapper Dragon. I've kept the Bakewell, a custom scent that was given to me by a generous member. I'm not sure if Eric continues to make this excellent soap, I hope he does so.
Our hobby is oversaturated by artisan products these days and some eventually will be missed.

Which are the products that fit in this category for you?

The artisan products I miss are The Strop Shoppe and Tim's Soaps. I still have spares of vintage English Fern and vintage AOS, and I Coloniali and Irisch Moos, but I will miss them when they are gone.

Wet Shaving Obsession
This was a magnificent, tallow-based soap that has faded into oblivion.
I am down to one tin and I am guarding it like Smeagol guarded his "precious".  Exclamation Actually better...

Obviously I don't see classic/vintage Williams or Old Spice around much.  Occasionally I'll see them on eBay but they tend to disappear rather quickly.

Totally forgot about the I Coloniali. What a magnificent soap! I haven't used it for a while.

For me, it's one that's still around but I never read anything on a shave forum. So easy to use, truly fail proof. One full pump on your wet brush gives easy lather for a three pass
shave.

One of my favorites and rarely see it stocked at Walmart/Target/CVS, etc anymore.

How could I have forgotten WSO--I still have a lightly used Bill the Barber left. I've been saving it, but I should go ahead and enjoy it.

Yeah, I don't know why they no longer sell this.  It's a good soap that provides good lather and is very affordable.

Just finished an AMAZING shave with WSO. This long, discontinued soap ranks at THE TOP of all of my many soaps.

Slickness: 10
Scent: 10
Protection: 10
Cushion: 10
Ease of lathering: 10
Such a shame that most wet shavers will never experience this product.

Why, oh why Jim did you stop making soaps???
You would be raking in the dough. Seriously.

If you're reading this, please reconsider.  Exclamation

Prairie Creations' Walter.. made a splash when it hit the marked, and then crickets. I'm not even sure if Prairie Creations is in business any longer, which is a shame since I'm almost out of KISS cream.
