I have tried several good soaps and creams but this brand beats them all. Very easy to lather,  wonderful feel as you face lather and creamy meringue lather. Skin soft and irritation free. The is the only brand that I have wanted the whole range!

Strongly recommend their Flying Mango, Stella Alpina, and of course - Opuntia.

In regards to Dolomiti, I use it when my skin is in need of very dense protection due to more present acne. It does a lot of work being on the skin as it tends to soften and protect the skin during the shave. It has excellent post shave and will obviously lead your face in the right direction when you pair it with the aftershave.

I would agree with those soaps mentioned above like trying Stella Alpina or Opuntia. Tundra Artica is also another soap affordable suitable for sensitive skin. Even better aftershave than Dolomiti.

+1
SV for the Sunday shave.
MWF for the Saturday shave.

I have 4 SV soaps but Dolomiti is by far my favorite of the SV and top 3 soap of all time!!

The others are felce, manna and tundra.

SV is my go to soap in my rotation.

Have the felce and Dolomiti.

Like you guys. SV seems to be my choice for weekend shaves.

In my last order from SV, they thoughtfully included sample sized aftershave packets. Of those, Felce Aromatica and Dolomiti were standout amazing scents! (I already have, and love 70th)

How long does a puck last? After a month of daily use and generous amount of lather,  it has hardly gone down.

Triple milling is not unavailing technique. It's rewarding.

Today is Sunday, that means SV Day. This week it is Dolomiti in rotation. Great shave !!  Would SV/Sunday be as special if I used it
every day? I use good/great, maybe even fantastic soaps & creams six days a week but...….. Saponificio Varensino
is just that much "better" than anything else I have used. Or, it could, probably is just me. I like what I like.
I love SV...... Heart Smile

I have just bought the Felce. Compared to the Dolomiti,  it is a little more tricky to lather but the resulting lather when done right is so good and the scent a bit stronger too.

I have SV Colonia, Felce Aromatica, and Dolomiti.  Easy to lather, nice scents, comfortable shaves.  For me a very good value....seems like these guys will last a long, long time.  Highly recommended.

I find that I follow the instructions of the soap maker to lather the felce soap. Cover the puck with hot water for a few minutes, then let the brush soak up the water and load the brush for 20 seconds. Outstanding lather. Dolomiti does not seem to mind cool water.

Well, I ordered. Maggard's was sold out on a couple, but I will have enough for one a day. I just don't know if
I want SV to become my "every day soap" Smile

Zipper, what one is the easiest to lather? I have 2 and Dolomiti lathers with cold water lije crazy. Felce lather best with hot water covering it....
