After trying every Gillette razor made except the Old Type, I have discovered my face and routine enjoys milder razors under 100grams with a slim head profile the most.   After a huge den clearing last Spring(once I realized I am not a collector) I dove back into RAD and collected the following list of mild razors for the next round of trials to see which i like the best.

Last year, I had only the EJ89 and the Tech's left over from my purge.  Since many of us are on an seemingly never ending journey to try something new and see if something is even better than what we already like, I have since tried the Featherweight and G-Bar and found them not mild enough(in comparison to the Push Button which is like butter....which is odd as they all have nearly the same head geometry) and now have the below list of razors to put in rotation to see who makes the cut.

Of course I have to add that I must ship razors over inside of client's shipments or get friends to hand carry them since I live in Germany and dont have the luxury to buy things periodically as I want to try them and instead get them on a RAD binge so I can get them to me conveniently in bulk.   Such is the fun.

DE
Charcoal Goods L1
EJ89
Feather ASD2
Gillette Tech Pre and Post War
Razorock BBS in Titanium
Razorock Mamba in Stainless

SE/AC
Alumigoose v2
Blackland Sabre L1
GEM Push Button
GEM Contour
General in Aluminum  (Stainless was too heavy)
Oneblade Genesis v1 and v2
Oneblade Core v1 and v2
Razorock Hawk v1 and v2(need to buy)

Injector
Shick Lady Injector L1

Could I possibly have missed any mild DE or SE razors on this list which are not Gillette?  The only one on my radar is the ATT SE1 in Aluminum.

As I have only recently started shaving with SE and AC razors, I have a feeling their thicker blades might be the direction to help tame my annoyingly sensitive area on my neck.

Thanks for all input.

Schick adjustable Injector and Supply v2 are my two favorites. I've owned/sold quite a few on your list.

I would recommend trying injectors that use the twin injector blades. I have found the twin injector blades to be the only blade that allows me to shave ATG on my neck, multiple days in a row, without causing irritation/ingrown hairs. You can use these blades in your Schick L. I recommend getting the schick type O clone for a milder shave and the Schick type i1 “not the hydromatic i2” for a more aggressive shave.

The new RazoRock game changer is all the rage in a mild razor I hear. Although it's probably gonna be out of stock for a while.

My favorite mild razors among vintage DEs are the Stahly and Clix.[Image: c526b8b698ee1265a5e4552c64312d37.jpg]

I get my best shaves from my DE89, Gillette Tech, and the Schick Krona which is quite mild.  I recently ordered a Karve with A and B plates that should arrive this Wednesday. I will make a report. I am also considering a ventur into single edges and the Supply Provisions V2 has caught my eye.

I think your plans to buy an ATT SE1 is a good idea. A nice razor but the General is even milder.

This man speaks the truth.

I recently bought Rockwell V1( by mistake) and still enjoying my shaves with it inspite of whatever has been said about the defects etc. Right heft, balance and tight tolerance. Might buy V2 too for comparison between the two versions.

Clint, you "have to" try the Rockwell stainless. Amazing shaver. These guys nailed it.

The continued hype about Rockwell is peaking my interest. Does anyone know much does the razor head and handle weigh individually? I like my razors light and as far under 100g as possible.

What about their non ss version's weight info?

Thank you for turning me on to it, Nikos!
Likely the most important convo I've had regarding wetshaving yet.
I am in love with the R6 plate right now. I started with R3 and just kept increasing over time. I absolutely love it.
