She left a note on the fridge:

"It's not working, I can't take it anymore! Gone to stay at my folks."

So, I opened the fridge, the light came on and the beer was cold. I have no idea what in the hell she was talking about............ the fridge works fine.
Women, who can understand them?

If there was champagne chilling, I would think there would be romantic plans being made and she wouldn't have taken off to her folks. She would be draggin' her man.... well you get the idea. Biggrin

Sent the kids to her folks on the other hand in a case like that.... now that's a possibility.

Guess I won't suggest we break out a bottle of Boone's Farm wine then, said in my best redneck voice.

Isn't that what cheap rednecks drink? I'm not a wine drinker and when I do I enjoy something sweet. But I'm afraid to buy a bottle and not like it so I don't and stick to what I know. The hubby laughs at me but I like Mogen David wine, so I'll have that on the rare occasion that I do have a glass.

I drank Boone's Farm wines. No rednecks in my family except for that first sunburn of the season. Dodgy

I have never tried it. I'd like to, but it's not available here. That's the good thing about Crown Royal and Jack Daniels, always available, cept on Sundays.

Absinthe is illegal in the United States. Read about; makes sense to me to ban it!
