They look absolutely incredible! Beautiful pieces of art. I was wondering how the Manchurian knot was.
What say the board?

I have one that came as a set with a scuttle (Starry Night). The shape is the same as #2 and #3 in the group photo above.  I like the knot. It has good backbone but is not abrasive.  My main concern is the handle does not offer much purchase when shaking it out after use (which I do vigorously and often) so it might slip and hit the floor. That can be addressed by a quick wipe of the fingers on the alum block, but I don't always remember before the first shake. I'd recommend it highly if you get a different shape or have a better memory than I.
