I made a rotisserie herb crusted bottom round for dinner a couple days ago.  I use my black and decker toaster oven with the rotisserie kit for smaller roasts and it cooks beautifully.  Anyone else here cook like this?

Years ago we would regularly rotisserie chicken, turkey, and some cuts of read meat.  My wife bought a Ronco Showtime Rotisserie and it got a lot of use.
