Thank you for the very kind comments!
I think this news has sort of flown under the radar a bit and seeing as we don't receive huge amounts of hype I can understand.
All of the Cold River Soap Works SELECT Shaving Soaps on our website are in the new base. Later this week we will be re-releasing Jardin d'Orange, Limenthol and Puro Fresco plus a brand new scent, Vetiver Colonia in the new SELECT formula.
Below is the announcement from our blog dated 5/22/18;

Anyone that has been using CRSW for awhile will know that you don't need to talk about the quality of these soaps, because it's a given! Larry does such an amazing job that we just come to expect the quality; therefore spoiled in a good way! I've never had a bad experience or bad shave with CRSW soaps. The new formulation is even better and I didn't think that was even possible. It will continue to be a staple in my den for years to come. Keep up the great work Larry!

I still use some of the original formulas with goats milk, and they remain fantastic. Larry has an uncanny ability to push the envelope and take the right chances. Of all the artisans I love, the evolution of CRSW is a labor of love and devotion. My only regret is that I haven’t finished a soap this week so I can order another CRSW puck!

Incredibley nice of you to say! It’s gratifying to be recognized for my desire to continue to improve. You are 100% correct, it is a labor of love. A huge thank you to everyone who has and continues to support us!

I've thoroughly enjoyed all the Select soaps I've tried - including the Juniper. All aspects of their performance I've found superior to all other soaps I've tried, hands down - well, of course until Larry introduced GLIDE. Oof - but I'd be off topic to tout how vastly superior they are to even his Select.
Just stocked up on 4 tins of Barbiere Sapone to complement my Fragile Confusion and Olfactory Hue stash.
My Select soaps will remain in rotation though because aside from their performance, I like the variety of scents that complement the Glide scents.
Phenomenal products, both; simply phenomenal.
