If you're looking for a lovely light super lather for the summer, here is a fine one. About half & half. Works beautifully.

I recently bought a Santa Maria Novella soap and am familiar with Meissner's Dark Limes.

Does the combination of SMN and MT more for you than the products alone?

I'm assuming this is German? Thanks for the tip on this one.

I think so.  I love SMN, and it's a summer scent in my opinion, but it isn't very moisturizing, and the lather isn't as rich and thick as I like.  The Meissner Pure is unscented, so it makes the SMN scent a bit lighter, and it's rich, thick, moisturizing, and my skin feels wonderful afterward.

I also mix it with Meissner Dark Limes, and that too is excellent.

And, I gotta be honest, I really enjoy blending 2 soaps or creams together in my scuttle.  It's just part of the shaving experience.  I'm in my den, often with jazz playing on the radio, lots of time since I get up earlier so I will have the time, I don't have to be efficient, and it's just a fine way to start off the day.
