Hello,
Everyone talks about delta echo, and I have had some delta’s. They are so far behind on waiting time. So I sent my birth year A1 Super Adjustable to NorthShoreRazors. Would say fairly competitive priced, and informative. Sends you a pic and wants you to pic the color with the part. Also only place that don’t want the money upfront, sends you a pic when done and then cash out.

This was my Wolfman

This is Super 109 A1 Red Beauty.

Took a week including shipping to and back.

Nice work and nice razor.  I have heard or read about Northshore Razors before.

Nice looking razors. I sent Delta Echo messages via their contact form weeks ago and never heard back. I sent North Shore a message via their contact firm and heard back with in a few hours.

They both do really nice work though. Those are some nice looking razors.

Nice photos.  I had a very unpleasant experience with Delta Echo a while back.  Good to know there's an alternative.

NorthShore does exceptional revamp work it appears. Had I known they were in Hawaii I might have stopped in while visiting there just last winter. I'd love to have an old Gillette Fatboy revamped with one of their coatings. Would it be sacrilegious to coat an Aristocrat?

I was just wondering the same on the Gillette Executive I just acquired. Would it be blasphemy to not re-plate gold. Like double the cost and seems most places are so backed logged to Christmas.

Your razor looks beautiful as it is! Doesn’t seem to need a replate. Spend your cash on another razor Wink

I agree that your razor does not need to be replated.  It appears to be in excellent condition.

That’s the good side the backside and the doors are pretty bad. Lot of missing plating and pitting on the safety bar also.

Don’t replate an aristocrat. Get a red tip and have that replated.

Blasphemy. I own and love my Delta Echo and Northshre razors, but I would replace gold with gold. Nickel razors, no big deal. Having said that they’re your razors. If it makes you happy, who cares what anyone else thinks.

I agree about replating gold with gold. And yes, who cares what anyone else thinks; but,,, what about if/whe he wants to resell? It’s doubtful he’d recoup his investment.
