...I mean, just look at this!

One of the tabs that holds the cartridge on the Gillette Sensor I got as a freebie when I was in boot camp back in early 1993 snapped! Just a little over twenty five years and it is now useless, while my Khaki Gillette is still going strong after a hundred years... good thing I have a second Sensor handle so my Better Half can still shave her legs.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to tie an onion to my belt and chase some kids of my lawn!  Biggrin Tongue

They just don't make 'em like they used to! If I were you, I'd write a strongly worded letter to my Congressman! Everything is too cheaply made and too expensive to purchase these days! I remember back in my day, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. "Give me five bees for a quarter," you'd say...

Like my comment about putting an onion on my belt - one of the big yellow ones, because of the war - it's a Simpsons reference Smile

Snark aside, I'm pleasantly surprised it lasted that long, seeing as how it's not been well cared for.
