How do you rank the different razor systems? I would rank them as
Injectors > Gem > Artist Club > DE

I’ve never used a shavette or straight so I didn’t add them to my list.

The parameter is all of the razor systems that you have used.

Injectors > Gem > Artist Club > DE
does this mean Injectors better than Gem, gem better than artist club, artist club better than DE for you?

If you’re asking for ranking favorite to least favorite;

DE
Injector
Trac II
Wilkinson Bonded
all other carts
GEM
electric
shavette

Never tried AC.

Trac ll

DE
I put DE above anything because once I discovered the DE shave I never wanted to try anything else.

I've used all these ... and a lot more.
Biggrin

Depending by huge difference of blades, is difficult to compare DE vith SE.
DE have very flexible blade, so most depend on the shape of the razor (geometry, weight, balance, ...)

My fav are, in descending order:
AC (specially with Kai Titan Mild Protouch)
Injector (specially with Twin blade)
DE (mild but effective ones)
GEM (specially old lather catcher, better with wedge blade)

•  Feather MR3 Neo — closest, quickest, safest, but a bit boring, like an Acura NSX
•  DE — very close, slow enough to enjoy, some minor thrill of risk
•  Injector SE — Disappointing closeness, fairly quick, fairly safe
•  Barber shop — close shave, but do I really trust that guy with a sharp blade held at my jugular?
•  Ronson (Braun) 1950s electric shaver — blades have not been sharpened in 60 years, not a close shave, razor bumps

this thread has the potential to get very detailed...I totally forgot about electrics, straights, Feather MR3 Neo.

str8
ac
de
GEM sized se
injector

str8 followed by an injector for touchups is the perfect shave though.

Actually, on further reflection, I should have added another level between the Feather MR3 Neo and the DE:
• KAI Besty3 “disposable” — essentially a lightweight plastic version of the MR3 Neo, with the same virtues, but not quite as good because it lacks the MR3 Neo’s perforated rolling steel cylinder that straightens up the stubble just before the blades get to it; also lacks the classiness of a hefty metal handle.

Having all, the Injector rules .. followed by GEM, the DE, the AC is, sorry, a bit of a mis-breed - too wide unless you are a commercial shaver that needs a wide way to sloppy but fast result Smile

For me DE is number one
GEM is second and anything
Else is a waste of time and money

1 AC
2 DE

GEMs/injectors are relatively poor performers for me.

AC first, then DE, Gem is the least sharpest of all blades for me.
