I visit my barber every three to four weeks. The frequency of my haircuts has increased slightly as I've gotten balder.

I try go every 2-3 weeks - only hair on my head. No styling but just when it gets a little messy as I keep it short for work. A few great options where I live in manila for the equivalent of $8-10 and easy to walk in.

Every two weeks. Any longer and my wife has to trim the hair on the back of my neck below my hairline. For some reason that stresses her out!?!

When I was working, every 4 weeks. Now that I'm retired I'm down to every 6-7 weeks or so. Less often, but much less hair to cut, too.

every 4 weeks like clockwork.  I get a cut. tint out the gray and get my ears waxed.   she is a true barber and only deals with men.  I had a straight razor shave from her a while ago and it was pretty stinking good...  I am pretty persnickity about my hair and she nails it every time.

I have my haircut about every 5 weeks; short back and sides always. My hair is fine and thinning so it’s easy to maintain if I keep it short. I’ve been seeing the same barber, a woman from Manchester, for the last 15 years at least. She works at a traditional-style barbershop which has 4 chairs. What’s a real testament to her barbering skills and personality is that the other 3 chairs can be empty, but she’ll have 3 or 4 chaps waiting for their turn in her chair.

About once every 3-4 months for a head shave. I take my own cream, aftershave and blade and ask the barber to use them.

Well when I had enough hair to make it worthwhile to seek out an experienced trained professional to cut my hair, I wore my hair longish and saw my barber Danny once a month. Danny cut my hair for over 20 years.

Now that the hair on the top of my head has retired and moved south to a warmer climate, I do my own barbering. one day many years ago while on vacation, I decided I needed a cut. at the time i wore my hair short as it was getting thinner. the barber asked scissors or clippers. I had never had clippers used to cut all of my hair so the margarita i was drinking convinced me to go for the gusto and have a clipper cut. It was so quick and easy that I became my own barber.

I learned how to do a fade watching youtube barbers so now I have an very suave fringe.

If it were up to me I would shave the dome but my wife would be unhappy as she thinks I look like a natural born killer with a shaven head.
Last i checked nobody wants an unhappy wife.  A6

Mostly it's a weekly affair. Sometimes twice a week when I need to get my moustache trimmed and styled.

I take my shaving stuff along on Sundays to my favorite barber. He is just a young boy in early 20's but is a gifted fellow when it comes to all things shaving.

He adjusts my side burns and give a neat look complimentary to my shave.

Costs me 1.25 $ for a shave and I tip him around 60-70cents.

In 2$ give our take I get a royal shave....

I stopped visiting my barber... I cut my hairs very short, so I bought myself a nice Panasonic hair clipper that works like a charm. I cut my hair every 10 days or so. It's pretty easy to use one and it can save you a lot of money.

I keep my hair short on the sides/back - and medium length on top. A few years ago I invested in a decent pair of clippers, scissors, and texturizing shears. Since then I cut my own hair most of the time - but will visit the barber once or twice in a year. I’m at the point where I don’t need to - but sometimes it’s nice to let someone else do the work. Plus, the hair-shampooing & scalp massage Smile

Don't make me cry!  Facepalm   I used to go every 2 weeks until I got old and began to hold onto any hair that I have left.

Join us brother!!!! Once you shave your head, you will never go back and you will have a new reason to go to your barber. I love the feeling of a freshly shaved head.
