I just ordered a shave stick. I haven't bought one of his soap since he moved from Brooklyn. I had ordered so many back then... LOL

I've used every scent that Mike's offers, and have many of them in my den, to include the new stick version.  The Peppermint & Rosemary is my least favorite because it smells more like eucalyptus to me.  This one is an odd combination, for me.

I get more mint from it than rosemary, but it’s not bad. The menthol Is light, but noticible.

I got several pucks and a stick from Mike that I bought several years ago, and they are still good. So at least four or five years Smile

The shelf life is a good thing - as these hard pucks will last you a long time! Strangely enough, sweet honeysuckle seems to go a bit faster than the others I have.

Mike was my introduction soap into wet shaving.  It will last quite a while and not disappoint.

It's ok to laugh, I've never used a shave stick, it looks like I may have found my first. Mikes is a great soap, my grandsons made off with the few pucks I had, now this looks like a fun way to re up. Who has these in stock presently?

I went directly to his web site and ordered the Pine and Cedarwood. It may prove to be a nice match with Pino Silvestre.
Merry Christmas to all!

Shave sticks are so easy for traveling and Mike's delivered in a case this way only makes good sense. Looks like a great product by the reviews given in this thread, so it goes on my list.

I started using Mike's (and Mystic Water) nearly six years ago, and it remains my go-to soap and the one I compare all others to. I think Mike's and MW are the only artisans offering shave sticks. Remaining in business with essentially the same formulation and nearly the same scents all these years speaks highly of the quality of his soaps. His bath soaps are also a joy to use.

I picked up several pucks back in 2012 and still use them in my rotation. No issues with shelf life. It's a great shave soap.

Agreed. I just finished a puck of Hungarian Lavender that was purchased at least 3 years ago. I have about 80% left of a Vetiver puck, a scent Mike has sadly discontinued. It, too, is 2-3 years old and still performs as well as the day it was first received.
