On a more serious note, I've done that myself from time to time - usually when I'm zoning out and enjoying my shave too much to pay attention. Bleeds like a pig, but usually heals fast.
Yes, it is a really tiny cut but, it was a bleeder. I was trying to shave the hair inside my ear which is a mistake with an AC style blade.

I use tweezers.. takes longer, but less bleedy. Keep it clean, and it should heal cleanly.

That is probably the way to go.

I find the the sharp DE blade makes a cut less painful and much better than a cut from a cartridge razor.
I have used this trimmer or something similar for years to trim ear hair. Never had even a scratch from it.
