I’m tying to figure out the scent profile on this and was wondering whether anyone has tried it?

If so, how would you describe the scent?

Ha!
Good scent. Pretty straightforward scent. Cypress and vetiver. Earthy, woody. Simple. Easy to pair with other fragrances, but the balm is not a bad post shave.

This comment reminds me of this:

"all closets are made of cedar"

Seriously. I had this. It smells like a high end custom clothes closet or if familiar with a sawmill, cedar or cypress planks being created from a tree trunk

I have all three Proraso Single Blade creams and aftershaves. Cypress & Vetiver has a zesty, crisp cypress opening followed by a lovely, warm cedar/vetiver scent. I think that it's a nice green and woody scent.

I got an order of this in from Amazon. The scent is very nice and perfect for this time of year.
Definitely has a cedar closet thing going on, I really like it.

Richard,

What is your favorite among the three PSB creams?

Azur Lime is my favorite, although it has the lightest of scent of the three and I wish it were a tad stronger, although citrus scents don't last that long anyway. Cypress & Vetyver is probably my next favorite. I also like Wood and Spice, although it's scent is a little too strong and I tend to use it less frequently. I've never cared that much for the performance of Proraso until these Single Blade creams were available, as I think their performance is just outstanding.

Thanks for the input.  I was thinking about trying the Azur Lime and the Cypress & Vetiver would likely be my second choice.

Based on using all three in past had same opinion and lime was disappointing in strength. However do disagree about proraso performance; find it good for basically being nearly free. Not top shelf performance but adequate if lathered properly with distilled water and with creme brush ala Kent.

One of my favourite classic sandalwood scents of all time is Proraso. Try it sometime
