Good Morning Nook!

I'm becoming enamored with the stars that follow each Nooker's name at the top of forum posts. I'd love to know the system behind how they are acquired, who has the most, etc.

Here are a few theories I'm working on...
  • A new star is awarded every time a Nooker types the given day's secret word.Rolleyes
  • A new star is given at predefined post count benchmarks
  • A new star is awarded every time Teiste posts a great product review... who gets the star is somewhat random.
  • A new star is awarded every time a previously misled shaver ditches a fusion for a classy old school blade - recipient of said star is random
  • A new star is awarded every time somebody complains about AOS prices - recipient of said star is random
  • A new star is awarded for various forum benchmarks (referrals, trade counts, threads started, good deeds noticed by mods)
  • A new star is awarded whenever Phil feels like it 24
  • A new star is awarded every time Dave posts a PIF - recipient of said star is random
  • A new star is awarded every time Ben uses an amazing brush - recipient of said star is the first to drool at news of the brush Wink
Well friends - is there any weight to my hypotheses?

Those are all good guesses and entertaining, but the second one is correct. The most a member will get is 5 stars.

Administrators have 7 stars.
Moderators have 6 stars.

That's funny, I was thinking that there was more than posts to the acquisition of TSN stars. I better get posting if I ever want 4 stars lol.

Brian, that is one of the most amusing posts I've seen at TSN. If it was up to me, I'd give you a star just for that one. 24

Based on the title of your post, I thought you may have opened a bottle of The Veg, taken a whiff, passed out, and hit your head on the counter on the way down.

Hey Celestino! Been a happy vegetarian for years - it's veganism that I teeter back and forth on.

I hope you are doing well my friend!
