Around a year and a half ago, Network Solutions opened up new domains by authorizing new suffixes, among them .one and .xyz. My email address now ends with .one. Yesterday I tried to buy a brush from Shavemac, but their software advised me that my address is incorrect and would not permit me to open an account. Now that these suffixes have been in use for a while this kind of problem has mostly gone away. I decided to writer Shavemac a note, giving them a heads up. Catch 22. That form wanted my email address as well and threw me off with the same address. Made me laugh. You have a problem talking to them including a problem telling them about the problem. I thought I’d come over to the Nook here, let you know this way. I still want the brush. With the ever growing demand for internet contact, there are new addresses occurring with some frequency. You might give your IT guy a rattle and have him open the doors. Maybe I’ll get in.

Just shoot Bernd an email directly, he’ll sort things out for you: info@shavemac.de

Open up a gmail.com email account,  and use it to order your brush and notify Bernd of the issue.

Exactly.  Just use that account for situations like this.

Just make a new email account, I think even hotmail still has free accounts if you don’t want to use gmail. Hassle, sure, but you’ll be able to order your brush
