I've been fortunate to have attended Chihuly exhibits in Miami, and his glasswork is amazing.

I've always been a big fan of Chihuly. My dentist growing up had many unique works by him around his office, probably started my appreciation for his art. I love stumbling across his work around the country.

All I can do is agree with what has already been written. His work is simply phenomenal.

PBS had a special showing how his crew makes the pieces. I was mesmerized. It was a symphony of movement, everyone knowing exactly what needed to be done. If he is googled you'll see much more of his work.

He does some very interesting work. I’d be reluctant to own a piece for fear of breaking it.

I'm enjoying this thread. His "museum" here in Seattle is just a couple of blocks away, and his wife (and he) are big supporters of the music arts organization where I work. I greatly appreciate the Chihulys for their support, and I love his work.

Here are some photos from when I visited the permanent exhibit of his works in Seattle some years ago.
