I go One and Done with DE blades but the blades that are numbered 1-4 show 1 & 2 on the same side indicating (to me anyway) that the manufacturer recommends flipping after 2 shaves, should a gent consider shaving with one blade more than once.

I take my razors apart after every shave to rinse and clean them, so yes, while I'm doing that already, I do flip the blade.  There's probably no real benefit to it, but I'm a creature of habits.

I did early in my career, but it didn't make any difference in longevity or results. And I know that because I have kept a daily log of my shaves almost from day one. What I use, results, any weepers, etc.
