Anyone know where I can get Campbell's Lather King hot lather machine fixed?

I just dug it out of my cupboard, and thought it might be nice to use again. But, sadly, it makes a big noise, but doesn't put out any lather. I guess the motor is shot.

Can't find any repair places on google. There used to be one here in Toronto, but I can't find the name of it.

I can find a couple of places via google that says they will take machines in for repair... none in Toronto though, only in the US. Parts seems more easily available for the chrome model, although that might just reflect that it uses fewer custom made parts for all I know.

Try googling "Hot Lather Machine Repair", and "Latherking Repair Service".

I think I found one.  J. Tarnow Company, 1258 Caledonia Road in Toronto.  A friend said he had his machine repaired there a few years ago.  Only open Monday-Friday, so I'll call them next week.

Sounds great David Biggrin

I did prod a bit into the devices; they seem to be built both rugged and reasonable modular, so hopefully it can be made good again.
